Home Inspection
Your home inspection will report on a variety of areas in and around the home:
- Roofing & Siding
- Basement & Crawl Space
- Foundation & Structure
- Ventilation Systems
- Heating & Cooling Systems
- Plumbing
- Electrical System
- Interior Condition
- Appliances
Your detailed home inspection report will include information on all of these areas, as well as prioritized recommendations and tips for maintaining your home in the future.

Wood destroying insects (WDI) are capable of damaging the structure of your home to the point that expensive repairs may be required. The most common type of WDI is the termite, but other pests include carpenter ants and wood-boring beetles and bees. We partner with the best and most trusted pest companies to perform your WDI inspection. Your WDI inspection will look for evidence of these pests in all the known problem areas of the home. Based upon findings, your WDI Inspection Report will include recommendations for treatment, if necessary, and suggestions for maintaining a home free of wood destroying insects. Contact our representatives to request a WDI inspection along with your home inspection.

Radon Testing
Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas, which has always been a part of our environment. It is a natural decay product of uranium and is found in soil everywhere in varying concentrations. The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have found that radon can also be an unwelcome part of our home environment. Therefore, both agencies recommend testing for radon if you own a home or are purchasing a home.

Please contact our representatives to schedule a radon test for your home, or to add radon testing as a service to your upcoming home inspection.
